Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us assess the issue.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as needed.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is damaged, we will replace it or provide a refund, as applicable.
